BUG on 9.11.2 - CKEditor and user roles

    Hello,

    on DNN 9.11.2 has been introduced a bug, that didn't happen on 9.11.0. When you access to CFKEditor options in Site Settings, all roles are set to Basic. If you try to change an option, for example, for administrator roles to standard or full, after you save settings, basic option will return.

    This happens in a clean DNN 9.11.2 installation but also upgrading from 9.11.0 to 9.11.2.

    EDIT: The issue does not occurs if you change editor settings from CKEditor settings while you are editing an HTML module. The issue only occurs when you try to change options from Site Settings page.
