Code tags in the forum

    So I just replied to https://dnncommunity.org/forums/aft/833#2962. Apparently I got the code tags wrong, because now everything past hafway through my post is in monospaced text!

    Anyway - the code tag button is present in the quick reply box at the bottom of a forum thread, but not in the full edit box (the one I'm typing into now - CKEditor I think).

    Can we either remove it from the quick reply box, or add it to the full reply editor, please?
