I have seen a lot of work and effort into each recent DNN release.  A core of dedicated folk have worked very hrd to inprove our beloved product. Thee are obvious problems though, The management of the forums seems to have been neglected and there are broken links on the web pages, which will probably  not inspire confidence in others who may want to explore or employ DNN. There are many posts. particularly in this forum 'about DNN Community.org' that are obviously posted in the wrong foru...

Code tags in the forum

So I just replied to https://dnncommunity.org/forums/aft/8332962. Apparently I got the code tags wrong, because now everything past hafway through my post is in monospaced text! Anyway - the code tag button is present in the quick reply box at the bottom of a forum thread, but not in the full edit box (the one I'm typing into now - CKEditor I think). Can we either remove it from the quick reply box, or add it to the full reply editor, please

I have been using DNN for a long time.  I have lived with people rolling their eyes when I tell them I use DNN and not Wordpress.  I have watched the community dwindle and the stats of websites using DNN go down.  I am excited that it appears there is a new day dawning for the community version of DNN.  Could anyone provide some information on key areas where help is needed for someone who is NOT a software developer  Let me know!  And thanks to all of you who continue to carry the torch!!!

Hi there, Just now I figured to have a look at thies eforums again. Didn't get to that for a while. When I wanted to log in and got a message my password had expired. Seriously Expire passwords on a community website I think that's an awesome way to get rid of your users, to bew honest. Obviously I undserstand the decision from a security point of view, but it's not like we have sensitive private information on here. So we could easily leave that responsibility with the user. Portal Skin shows in the Persona Bar

On this site and other DNN 9.3.2 sites I see the Portal Skin in the Persona Bar. (example: Manage > users > Profile Settings) For some reason DNN does not use the popUpSkin located here: /Portals/_default/Skins/_default/popUpSkin.ascx I tried adding a popUpSkin to my skin, but that doesn't make any difference. Do others see this too in 9.3.2 BTW, this is not only a 'visual issue', in my case some of the elements of the PB were influenced by the skin's JS and that rendered parts of the PB...

This new forum

I think this new site & forum is great idea. Good idea to seperate into a Community site.  My only point is that in forum list view the small text in LIGHT GREY (!!!) breaks several basic legibilty best practices and especially as this is an information site. On a 4k monitor at .75m it is almost unreadable. Why do so many designers do this

The format on these forums

Does anyone else find the spacing/layout on these forums tedious  IMO, there is way too much vertical white-space.  Makes it tedious to browse posts.  Needs a 'compact' mode.

Some Errors

There are some language errors on the Download and Install page. Also The download version for the DNN Platform on the Download Page is 9.2.2 below the binocular icon. Above the line it points to 9.4 on Github
