My site was working well and quite fast. But today suddenly after disk outage due to IIS logs, i restarted site after disk cleanup. Now it is running very slow.

I tried restarting application, clearing cache, restart server and db server both still the issue persist.

Performance settings are configured as below:

    Page State Persistance: page
    Caching Provier : FileBasedCachingProvider
    Module Cache    : Memory
    Page Output Cache : Memory
    Cache Setting   : ModerateCaching

Till yesterday everything was normal. What could be wrong there ?

    Please help!!

you should switch cache setting to high, but this will just have a small effect on your problem.
please check DNN eventlog, if there are thousands of entries, this may slow down the performance of your site.
Otherwise you need to check whether the same issue occurs, when accessing a file (e.g. logo image) in the browser (just enter full path) and whether the performance issue persists, after you reload the page.
There might also be a performance difference for authenticated users and guests.
