Upgrade from 5.06 to latest Started By SyPo MSW Hello, I am trying to get one ancient website from 05.06.xx to latest version if that will be even possible. I started by suggested upgrade path in test environment which worked up to 06.02.08. The current version is hosted on IIS10/SQL2017 and .NET 4.6.2 framework, which amazingly works... Since 7 is the version with transfer to .NET 4.0, I guess my issue may be there. I copy the upgrade files from 07.04.02 and switch apppool to .NET 4.0. Upgrades Started By Lambert Hi guys, was just curious. We have a TON of upgrades needing done that range from version 9.1 to 9.3 that we need to bring up to 9.6. Problem is there are so many prequisit stuff that gets lost in the upgrades and its hell trying to bring everything back online (restores). So, I was wondering if there was a utility that you can run that will check the versions, .NET, incomatble modules, etc.... Error loading smtp server tab Started By BalqMhor We managed to upgrade from version 7.4 to 9.5 with relatively few issues. We thought we had successfully completed the upgrade, however we have noticed that emails were not being sent from the platform. Host User Unable to Login after Update Started By Jim Anthony After a successful upgrade from 9.1.1 to 9.3.4, enroute to 9.6.2. Thie original host account (UserID = 1) that was used to build the site can no longer login. Other Superuser accounts can login. When sending a reset password email, the account can reset the password and login, but after logging out, the account cannot login again. After upgrading to dnn 9.6.1, started getting issue "bootstrap's javascript requires jquery version 1.9.1 or higher but lower than 3" Started By Maya Trivedi Hi All, I have upgrade my DNN site from 8.0.1 to 9.6.1 version and it was successful. After the upgrade I was getting error as 'bootstrap's javascript requires jquery version 1.9.1 or higher but lower than 3' and because of this error the JQuery was not running and so UI controls.
