I have a website which is currently running DNN 9.4.2. I am planning to upgrade it to the latest (9.10.2). I am currently testing this on my local machine and the upgrade broke the "Pages", which is on the persona bar and the page settings on every page on the portal. When I open up the Pages, it opens a IFrame. The Pages section loads on the IFrame for a fraction of second and then it goes blank. I checked the errors in browser's console and I see 4 errors.
Error 1:

Error 2: 2 times the same error

I see the same Error 1 on several other pages from persona bar: Users, Roles, Servers. Also, it happens on several other persona bar items intermittently. The error happens on Chrome, Edge and Firefox as well. This site uses angular 10 as well. I don't see any errors on 9.4.1 website on any of the persona bar items. Other than the upgrade, nothing else has changed. I don't have a way to update page settings or create/update pages. Not sure what's going on. Did anyone see this? Can anyone provide any insight into what's going on Or how I go about finding what's causing this error? Also, is there another way I can see and update page settings?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the delay, distracted with something else at work. I was able to check the machine. When I hover over DNN logo on the website, it shows .Net Framework is 4.8. But When I go to Settings on the persona bar Servers -> System Info -> Web section, it shows .Net Framework Version as 4.0.30319.42000. Not sure why they are different. But I do have v4.8.04084 installed on the machine.
I cleared browser cache and cookies, still the issue exists. Any ideas?
Enable Composite Files and Minify CSS is enabled and Minify JS is disabled. I disabled composite files and Minify CSS files, cleared broweser cookies and cache and still the issue existed. Also, increased the Current Host Version under Client Resource Management and still the issue exists.
I restarted the DNN and this is what I see now, they look the same as the previous errors, but location is different. Is the issue with animations? Is there a way to disable animation on the Personabar pages?

I have angular 10 sections on the website, which are always minified (prod). I built them with out minifying. Cleared browser data, disabled Composite Files, restarted the website. I still have errors, but the different browser consoles shows different errors.
On Chrome and Edge, I am getting the same error as my first post on the reducers.ts file, line 107, which is the last line in the file.
On Firefox, I am getting the error with export-bundle.js and the file still looks like minified. Not sure why it is still minified, minification is turned off.

Can the issue be with Redux reducer (I am not much familar with it)? What does export-bundle.js file do? Why the Firefox shows different error than Chrome and Edge? This is bogging me down for few days now, any help is greatly appreciated.
Also, is there any other way to access page settings, other than the IFrame?
