2 Replies and 1270 Views User Management Issues     1270 2 Started by Cliff Hammock I need to add roles to some users and permanently delete other users. When I try to add a role I get the following popup message. If I close the user management screen and pull the user back up I see the role is added but no expiration date. So I can manage that through the database until I get this resolved. The bigger issue is I get the same message when deleting users. If I close the screen again I see that the account is added to the Deleted Users list. However, there is no option to Permane...

1 Replies and 1514 Views New users not removed from Unverified after verifying account     1514 1 Started by Mark Hartt-Palmer I&39;m not sure whether I&39;m doing something wrong here: if a new user registers on the site, they get the verification email as expected. When clicking on the link and verifying, they are still shown the unverified message. Looking in Manage > Users, I can see that the new user is still showing in the Unverified role, and I have to manually remove this to make them verified.
