Disable Registration Emails to new Azure Registering Users

I have a vanilla install of DNN 9.10.2 using DNN Azure AD Provider v3.1.0 · davidjrh/dnn.azureadprovider on an employees only site.* Users are supposed to be able to automatically sign in after authenticating with DUO. This works.  However, because I have the Security => Member Accounts => Registration Settings set to public to enable automatic registration of new users accessing the site, I have found it appears that there is no way to turn off the email generated to the new user on the s...

DNN login issue

Hi, We have 3 different dnn environments for our development as mentioned below. 1. qa-support 2. uat-support 3. staging Unfortunately we cannot login to the 'qa-support' environment due to some reason. When we try to login to the 'qa-support', it says invalid username or password. We have used same username and password for all these environments. We have checked the DB level user data and seems all the password and usernames are same. How we can resolve this issue

Site Assets File Upload Bad Request

DNN 9.6.2, previously upgraded from 9.2.0. We used to be able to upload files in Site Assets on 9.6.2 and out of the blue now when we attempt to upload a Bad Request error appears. Disable unregister user emails

Hello, We are receiving a lot of unregistered user notices on our main admin account. Is there a way to disable this email notice We use the Glanton AD sync to automate the import/disabling of accounts on a nightly basis and get quite a few of these notices daily. I saw a similar question on this about 8 years ago with the answer being it's not possible. However, I wanted to check if this has changed since then. Regards, Ryan

Upgraded site alias redirect to Home page instead of loginpage

Hi all, I upgraded the site from 7.3.4 to 8.0.4 and noticed that upon typing the alias URL (https://pesdev.winc.com.au/genz), I get redirected to the Home page (https://pesdev.winc.com.au/genz) instead of https://pesdev.winc.com.au/genz/Login-Page (login page). This was not the case in 7.3.4. I have looked at the following: web.config - no redirect rules siteurls.config - same as previous version portalalias table shows the correct HTTPalias for the portal - pesdev.winc.com.au/...

DNN Portal website not showing up and only downloading a document file

We have a DNN based websites being used for our company. Within that there are multiple sites among which there is a site at https://example.com/siteId25. This particular site have been modified by any one of the Admin's in such a way that upon visiting that url, its only downloading a document(.docx) file rather then showing the website which used to be there. The file is within the hosted website's portal folder at path 'wwroot/WebsiteFolder/Portal/25/Info siteId25.docx'. Upon removing that...

CSS accordion menu for Main Menu

I was trying to set up an accordion menu for my Xcillion installation, but I couldn't find the right .js library. In case somebody else is in the same boat, here's a stretchy CSS-only menu I made that works with the html generated by Main Menu: jsFiddle Replace the contents of MainMenu.css with this stylesheet and you're in business.

Full Editor toolbar not showing 9.4.3

Hi, I am setting up my first 9.4.3 site and I find that even as Superuser I am only seeing the basic editor toolbars inthe HTML editor window. Does anyone have an idea what simple thing I may have overlooked

DNN Security

I configure IIS for the DNN site with a user account that belongs to no groups and is given explicit rights to the folder containing the DNN install. Nevertheless, DNN reports the account has read and write permissions to every connected drive on the server. Is this accurate or am I doing something wrong

Can you change the System Default language?

Can you change the System Default language Our system default language is set to English (united states). Can it be changed to English (uk) I think this is why some date formats are set to U.S. version (02/21/2022). In Admin >> Languages the 'System Default' language is greyed out/locked and I cannot select anything else. Our cuture is set to uk and site default is also set to uk. We are using a booking system module and this displays some dates in U.S. format. using DNN v 9....
